The two gentlemen that did the work, Randy T. and Shane B. were extremely professional and looked like they really enjoyed what they were doing. The company is very fortunate to have them working for them. When it came time to bring in the cover for the glass doors they noticed that there was a small scratch on it. Showed it to me and said that they were going to have a team come in and replace it. What a great experience with West Shore Home. Kyle, Dennis and Riley came to our house on time, 8 am when promised and worked until 7 PM to have our new beautiful shower installed. The level of professionalism is outstanding. West Shore really cares about you the customer. Also another amazing thing was that their management stopped by. District manager and project manager. Brandon made the whole decision-making experience of doing a complete master shower remodel, including the financing, a breeze.
