If I could give Westshore homes and their installers, 10 stars, I would! From start to finish, they were very professional. Scott and Tai were very professional. They would come get me at all stages of the jod to go over what was done.
It was a good experience all round . From the friendly representative Travis that set everything up to the actual workmen Chris and Cody. They have quality workmanship and are very pleasant and friendly. They answered all questions and were very informative. They seemed truly concerned that we were satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a walk in shower installed.
Scott and Cody were excellent installers. They found a defect in some of the product and rejected it and got replacement parts within the hour and were able to complete the project on time. They also discovered a plumbing problem in the existing conversion they were doing and checked the other existing bathrooms in the house to make sure the same mistake wasn� t made in those bathrooms� �

They removed old tub, step and shelving. They had a lot of demolition work but they were very careful to keep the mess contained and clean it up when done. They were on time and kept me informed of what was being done. Colton S. and Evan were very professional and pleasant to work with and have in my home.

The installers, Edwin, Tim and the crew were professional in their approach all three days. They installed an oversized shower, one-off, two Kaui shower fixtures, and a bathtub. The product they installed and completed work was performed with the utmost expertise, and the final project was beyond our expectations, and we was beyond satisfied with the results. Preston and Renan were exceptional. From their arrival until their departure they were very professional, courteous,friendly and informative. They explained everything very well and left the area cleaner than when they began. Highly recommend this product, company, and above all the employees. Very impressive.
