The installers were great and willing to answer our questions and concerns. However when reaching out to management and corporate for concerns it wasn't a good experience. They said to called again if you have concerns or before you do anything . I called and the experience was worse than the time before or the other times I talked to them before.
Jeff and Jorden did excellent work, in a timely manner, as well cleanliness. We will definitely recommend to friends and family West Shore Homes for remodeling.
John and Cody did a terrific job on the remodel.
West shore homes was so easy to work with. They want to make sure you are happy with the work that they have done and it is quality work. Very pleasant people to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service
Jeff and Jordan did an excellent job. Kept us well informed. Worked fast and efficiently. Cleaned up after themselves and completed the tub to shower replacement to our complete satisfaction.
Chris and Tim were amazing!!! They showed up on time and ensured my house was protected while remodeling my bathroom (took out a bathtub and put in a shower). I could tell they take pride in the quality of their work. They were super friendly and communicated with me constantly to make sure my expectations were met. I am so excited to have a shower that is safe for my elderly mom. Thank you so much, Chris and Tim at West Shore Home!!!!!!
Kyle and Edwin did an awesome job. They kept us informed throughout the project, and they were great to talk and interact with. They cleaned up afterward, and you wouldn� t even know they had been here, except for the new shower.
