Joey Kun was excellent at caulking my new shower. Very impressed with his work
We replaced our bath tub and shower a year ago. The caulking around the tub needed replacing. West Shore Homes honored the lifetime warranty and replaced it. Friendly Joey Kun was prompt, efficient, and did a very good job! Five-stars to Joey!
I am extremely happy with my new shower. The initial installers did a great job. One corner shelf still needed installed . Joey Kun took care of that for me very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Westshore!
My master bath had a large tub that I did not use and a small shower. I hired West Shore Home to pull out my old shower and tub and install a new, larger shower. Mitchell Navarro came out to assess the bathroom, asked me some questions and came up with the perfect design. The installer, Garrett Barbour, showed up on time, was professional, worked the entire time and ensured I had the shower exactly as agreed upon. Basing the shower around my frosted window turned out better than I imagined.
We had 5 windows replaced. The two guys who came, Joe and Jordan, were on time and were very polite and nice. they did an excellent and professional job. They chalked the windows thoroughly and cleaned them after they installation, cleaned up after theirselves and enjoyed them being here. Very nice young men. The windows looks so very good on our house and we are so very pleased. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends.

They removed my old shower and installed a beautiful new shower all in one day. It is awesome. The guys were very professional, friendly, and followed precautions due to covid. They took measures to protect my home by cleaning up afterwards. Can't remember the 2 guys that did the installation but they were great. Joey Kun returned some days later to do some additional caulking and he also was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The 2 company reps -- Garrett B and David T. arrived on time and installed my new shower. Very professional young men. They did an excellent job with my new installation. They were very thorough in their work. Cleaned up afterwards. They were courteous and placed protection down on my floors first thing. I am going to have my upstairs shower installed next year 2021. We had a small issue that needed to be resolved after our shower was installed. West Shore sent a Service Tech by the name of Joey Kun to asses and resolve the problem. Mr Kun was on time, very communicative, professional and extremely polite. On the day he came back, he again was on time and was able to answer all of my questions and resolve our issue. He is definitely an asset to West Shore Home.
