I was amazed from beginning to end on my shower replacement. Everyone from representative Tim who went beyond the call of duty to the installation done by Garrett B and Sam M who done an exceptional job. All were professional, kind and made me a very happy camper. Garrett and Sam cleaned up after themselves and I did not have to micromanage this project as I have been known to do in the past. My sincere thanks to all of you. You all deserve a raise and the owner should be proud to have you on his staff.

Wow. Amazing service both professional and technical. In one day we remodeled two bathrooms. A master and the kids. We are very happy with the product and the ease of the installation. We needed to have our garden tub replaced with a large shower with grab bars. After looking into other options, we called West Shore Home of Raleigh to arrange a consultation. Joe Miller visited us the very next day. Chelsea was very informative and helped us make our best decision for our new shower. Don and Jacob were punctual and very personable. They explained every step and answered all our questions. Very efficient and professional installation. We will definitely call on this team for our next makeover. We have already recommended them to our friends.
The installers, Daniel and Vorn were excellent and efficient. They answered all our questions as they went along doing the job. I would recommend this company to all our friends and anyone else. They know what they are doing when it comes to remodeling and they use good quality materials. We also had the glass doors put on the shower where our tub used to be. I give them 5 stars for the workmanship and everyone I dealt will overall.

Joe & Rob, the installers, were punctual, polite, informative, and efficient, finishing up removal of large tub enclosure and replacement with walk in shower earlier than expected. They took care to cover flooring for excavation and removal of old fixtures and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the project was finished.
Hey I had Garrett B. and Stephen G. who explained everything they was doing I highly recommend these guy to anyone they are professional installers...thank you I like my walkend shower.......
