initial install was not up to my expectations, but Joey Kun came out and addressed my concerns and when he left I was very satisfied. He was a joy to work with and he was very professional . West shore is very fortunate to have Joey on their staff. He is the reason I will recommend West Shore.
Great product and very fast quality installation.
The installers didn't re-attach the sensor of my home security system to the new door. They told me I needed to do it myself with double-sided tape. At the time, I didn't think nothing of it, but after some thought, I realized if I am paying almost $8000.00 for this new door, then they should do the entire job themselves fully and completely without burdening me with this detail. Corey & Joe were my techs. They were prompt, professional, courteous and did a lot of work. My home was built in 1964 and I had upstairs walls/tiles/bathtub removed and they put in a new tub and walls, also did downstairs removed walls and tub and replaced with new walls and a walk in shower. Job very professional and I love it. I would highly recommend Westshore Homes and especially Corey & Joe. Good Job guys. They deserve a nice BONUS.
Josh and Will were so professional and did a very quality job. Mike S stopped by to replace the window in the bathroom as well. West Shore Home is a truly a Great company. They will work with you for every design and change you want to make to your home. Leo Bruno, our consultant was awesome as well. This was the second time we have worked with him, and it won� t be the last!
