Im very impressed with West Shore. Ms. ******* gave an excellent presentation about the company and its products. Mr. *** and Mr. ***** came and installed our new shower and it looks great, just as it was presented. All of them were very professional and provided great service and the quality of the product looks great.*******

We are extremely happy with our new walk in shower. It replaced a bathtub/shower combination and is so much better. We were very fortunate to have *** O and ***** H as our installer team. *** was the senior installer for our project. He is extremely knowledgable, encouraged us to ask questions any time and observe various stages and comment throughout the project. Great work from ******. Had some issues with the installment of my front door. West Shore worked with us and was able to address our issues by sending our ******. He knocked out everything by himself. Back slab was replaced, doorbell rewired, and trim sealed/caulked. Excellent work and outstanding professionalism. Appreciate West Shore working with us and sending out their best to address our issues.
Everyone who worked on my bathroom was professional, respectful, and friendly. ***** and ***** did a great job . Great job by everyone, very pleased with it.

Our experience was perfect from beginning to end. First, our sales *** ***** took the time to ensure he understood what we wanted. Then, our installers, ******* and ****, not only did an amazing job on the shower, they also were extremely patient as we herded our 5 dogs around. The shower is exactly what we wanted and we love it!
