I contracted with West Shore to install a walk-in shower with a lower step. The salesman was clear in stating the expectation that they would be able to lower the step in by a couple of inches, but made it clear that it might not be as low as I would prefer. It was a very comfortable sales call; no pressure. Install day and ************* arrived. We had a conversation about what was going to happen. The guys went above & beyond. ****** and ***** did an excellent work changing out the tub to shower only. They were very professional, they took the time to explain everything and did a wonderful job in cleaning up. The only complaint who ever packed up the shower door at the warehouse that was to be installed marked it wrong so it was not what we wanted. We are waiting for a new door.
I can highly recommend West Shore Home! They did a tub to shower conversion in my mothers bathroom and we love it! I feel so much safer knowing the fall risk of the bathtub is gone.
