West Shore Home **************** of ***, ***** and ********* made it a point to get exactly what my wife and I wanted. It was definitely a pleasure.
******* P and **** K were awesome and very timely with my tub to walk in shower remodel. I am very pleased. Definitely will use West Shore for any other upcoming projects

**** and ***** did a excellent job Very professional and pleasant to be around They were very careful with removing the frame work and conscientious of the walls and furniture All repairs and cleaning up after the work was completed was great.

****** was my ending installer for my bathroom remodel and he is the best. He came out as a returning installer to finish the job. He noticed some things that needed improvement and done over. I really appreciated his honesty about it. His end result looked great and we are very satisfied. We are excited to finally have a second bathroom up and running again.
Your Service Tech Mason J did a FANTASTIC job. My issue was technically minor but the attention to detail , back and forth 3 times for parts and his professionalism is OUTSTANDING! Spoke with him frequently about the job and he made me feel like he owned the company and totally wanted me 1000% satisfied. You have an employee who really cares about the customer. I’m originally from up north and have delt with other techs. Mason J., gets 5 stars. Thank you West Shore we love our Bathroom NOW! Happy in NASHVILLE Don F***** !
