***** ******** was our Service Technician today. He did an outstanding job. Showed up on time, which in my experience is not typical for service calls. He did a great job with what needed to be done on our shower unit and cleaned up really well after the work was done. He was extremely professional throughout. I highly recommend him as a Service Technician.

Due to aging parents, it was time to convert from a tub to shower. The process was very easy. They walked us through each step and took their time explaining all the options. The installers were on time and very courteous. They didn't mind my barking dog. They completed the work in a timely manner and did a great job with clean-up.
We are very pleased with the workmanship and service of ******, **** and ***. They were prompt, efficient and worked with us to make sure the walk in shower was setup for our convenience. We would highly recommend West Shore Home.

They were so polite and asked me if they had specific questions about any adjustments I might need( height), I loved what they did and who they are so much I told them I would use them any time and recommend them to everyone! What a great two days!
Fantastic experience overall. I had 30 windows replaced in two days. **** *. and his crew were fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. They were in and out quickly and left no trace of dust or debris. They were like window replacement ninjas (winjas). Thanks again
***** ******** came to change out shelving in shower stall to match the acrylic walls. He Also had to make adjustments to the transition strip that was coming up on one end. He was a very nice man! Did a great job!! I could not have asked for a more efficient person to do the job!
