We had all of our windows replaced (13). Our Team - Joel Allen and crew, were very professional, very nice, on time, and worked diligently throughout the day, from 8 am to 6 pm. Cleaned up when finished. New windows look great. I am very pleased with West Shore and would totally recommend them.
Zack Redman, Wesley Pickett, & Joel Allen did an excellent job installing our new shower.
I like the fact that they all work for WEST SHORE HOME. They were very professional to the end! When they were finished Brandon Johnson and I walked thru to every window. Brandon pointed out what to do and not to do concerning my windows!! They all were very mannered and upbeat!! Thank you all!
I had a really bad experience with another company with a few Windows, and it was a nightmare. I really wish I had used West Shore for all my Windows.
Qualify products and employees, from the salesman Alan, the the installers, Zachary Redman and Will Helton, it was a great experience!!! All were very knowledgeable of the products and every aspect involved, including demo of old shower and installation of new one. Highly recommend!!!!
I had a new shower installed. The first company was just going to put it on top of my old insert. Westshore sent a salesman out to go over what they would do. My old shower completely removed. They installed thick boards on the walls of 3 sides and then installed the shower walls. I� m very pleased with my shower and would recommend them to anyone looking for a shower remodel!!

Everything was outstanding and simple. Making the appointment, Nic Brown the salesperson showed up on time and was very polite and knowledgeable, then a measurement specialist came a few days later and was very professional. The installer Brandon Johnson and another installer I did not catch his name showed up right on time and were very polite, courteous, professional and very respectful.
