The installers Case y Sutton and Bradley Fischer did not outstanding job. I would not hesitate to hire West Shore Home. Neat, friendly, clean and their workmanship all first class.
Had a walk in shower installed in 6 1/2 hrs. Love it. They removed old tub and fixtures and did everything I picked out.
West Shore has been a great company to work with. The experience from scheduling with Sandy in customer service, our meeting with our design consultant Jake, the 4 installers the day of service, Josh, Tyler, Casey and Denis, and the service tech Tyler C. , were all friendly and no-stress encounters. Brandon Williams & Crew were very knowledgeable & professional!! They hit the ground running & never let up till the job was done!!
My appointment was between 8 and 10 am. Installers showed up around 830. Casey Sutton and Tyler McNabb done an amazing job, they were very polite and respective toward our home and us. They completed the job by 1pm. They answered all my questions and made sure to ask me my opinion on installing grab bars and shelves. The work area was left very clean almost as if they were not even here installing new shower. They cleaned up the work area outside as well.
