We knew we wanted to replace the old tub in our home with a shower. Our first contact was Cameron, salesman, who made the decision process very easy. On the day of installation I met Nate J. and Tyler E. who arrived at my home on time. They took just a moment and had a human moment. I was at ease while they were working. Our design representative, Evan, explained everything very well before we decided to use West Shore Home for the work. The installers, Josh P and Tristen H were completely prepared with the particular materials we had selected. They arrived right on time and completed the work as promised in one day. Windows look very well and like the style...would have liked two screens, but only came with one which was not explained at the time...Overall, pleased with the job...
Grant, Nate K and Cody were on time, explained what was to be done and got to work. They were neat and clean, did an outstanding job from start to finish. All considered my health, wore masks and approached me only when necessary. I am very satisfied with there work and very satisfied with the product that was installed. Before they left they ensured I knew how to clean and maintain the new shower.
