West Shore Homes installed a new shower. They were so friendly and worked efficiently. I was expecting to have to clean up after they were done, but they did all of that for me. My new shower is beautiful and I am happy with the work that was done and each employee that I had contact with
Beautiful work. However, was told it would be a one day project. Wound up taking parts of two days. Still believe it could have been done in one day if the crew, Alan and Thomas, hadn?t left shortly after 2pm the first day. They came back the second day and finished in about 3 hours; that?s including their break time. I?m very pleased with the finished project, but can?t give a higher rating because of the crew.

Yes these two young men, Malik R. And Sam S. We?re so amazing, very sweet, they explained every step, so very pleasant kept everything clean from start to finish. I have had my walk in shower for about five to six years. This past Sunday one of the shelves came off. I called this morning and the male in the service department said I had to pay $125.00 for them to fix the self, I thought it was a lifetime guarantee, he said just the material, not the labor and over a recorded line I ask so the labor is not good, he said correct. I like the shower but, the installation is not as it seems in the TV commercial.
