I initially selected West Shore Home to do my window replacement principally because their salesman so much less pushy than the others that I requested estimates from. I am allergic to a hard sell! But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! Our journey with West Shore Homes began with us just wanting to replace an unsafe garden tub in the basement. After reviewing additional options with Brandon, (our design consultant) it was an easy decision for us to move forward in upgrading our master bath shower and the main bathroom tub as well. I was doing work on my kitchen and I hired West Shore Home to come out and install a window. Turns out. The window they had was off square by a millimeter. The amazing crew immediately sent Marcus out and replaced the frame of the window. I am SO pleased with the work and their attention to detail. They want to do it right. And make it PERFECT. I WILL be hiring them to replace ALL my windows
