Derrick was a polite person and did a excellent job
The installers did a great job. The shower is great as well. It was more expensive than we would have liked. but we are happy with it. The reason I gave the customer service a lower score is that we had an issue with one of our grab bars and our shower curtain rod and it took 6 weeks for them to resolve an issue that took 30 minutes to fix. Ryan Jonik was the technician that came to fix the issues. He was great and did a wonderful job.

The removal of the bathtub shower to a stand alone shower was done in one day. The installers Nikita and Darius did a fabulous job. The sales person we met with was very knowledgeable and was a big help along the way. Peter you answered all of our questions even stopped by to make sure everything was done to our specifications.
Jake K, Robert H and Danny M were very professional. They arrived on time and cleaned everything upon completion. Very pleased with my new walk-in shower. Wouldn't hesitate to recommed them or use them again for any other projects.
Two very nice men who got right to work. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. The finished product looks fantastic-very Impressed. My installers were Matt Gilreath and Chase Allen.

Michael Cortes and David Blair were the crew who did our shower removal and remodel. They arrived promptly. Inspected the work area and explained in detail what and why they were going to do. Asked for our questions and answered without hesitation. They worked straight through the day. They were able to respond to a change request without hesitation and took immediate action to ensure the request was fulfilled.
