Marcos, Nash and Tristian showed up on time. They verified our order prior to beginning. They covered the floors and began demo. They completed demo, but they were delayed at lease an hour because they had to wait for material to be delivered, which was no fault of their own. They were professional, knowledgeable and polite and the job was completed to our satisfaction.

We hit a rough patch at the onset of the project. Suddenly there were others showing up to see what was going on and how to remedy it. That was done within 48 hours. The shower is beautiful! I could not be happier. Thomas H. is awesome and Darrius W. is a joy to be around. Darrius and I both grew up on the west side of Detroit! Small world! Their work ethic, attention to detail and care of my home was above and beyond. The West Shore team is awesome! I will be hiring them again! Thank you !

Matt Gilreath, Chase Allen, Koda Swanson, and Steven Carter did a fabulous job from beginning to end! Very organized and neat. Cleaned up everything. Couldn� ¢� � � � t ask for anything more perfect. Appreciate them all so much and would recommend this to anyone!
