Every employee from start to finish was a professional and valued my time. It felt like a small family business, I was pleasantly surprised.
Steven and Hunter were very personable and did an excellent job. I am missing two screens for my largest window. I was informed that they have been ordered, so I'm waiting for that. Otherwise all is good.

Installers Logan M. & John N. arrived timely. They were both personable and professional. The install started with a hiccup that was not their fault but they were instrumental in resolving the issue. We were kept informed every step of the process. When resolution was authorized they quickly began the work. The job was completed flawlessly. The area was left clean, all debris carried away. Great experience. We hired WestShore to do our tub to shower conversion. The installers James Gilrerath, Joel Allen and Briley Frazier were top notch. Very professional, personable and true craftsmen. They finished the job in one day as promised. They cleaned up after the job was done and treated our home as if it was their own. I would highly recommend them
West Shore Home did an AMAZING job renovating our bathroom/installing our new shower. Nate H. was so professional, walking us through the process and answering every one of our questions. The installation was flawless, too. Golbert I. and Ally B. showed up on time and worked tirelessly through the entire job! The whole process was orchestrated flawlessly and my bathroom looks absolutely AMAZING!! What a transformation ... and in just ONE DAY!!
