There was some confusion initially causing a need to reschedule our consult but once we met with Zach everything went extremely smoothly. Zach listened to our needs, gave his advice, and helped us decide on our new shower. He was friendly, concerned and professional. On install day, Brian and Joel arrived on time. There were congenial introductions that made me comfortable having them in my home.
