We recently had our bathroom tub/shower combination replaced with a shower by Matthew Montefoseo and Chad Berlin of West Shore Home. The installers did a fabulous job! They came on time, were courteous and respectful, and after 9ish hours, left my home cleaner than it was when they walked in. Our sales rep, Matthew McBride was great also. We had a small issue with the showerhead not being the one we had requested, and he came personally the next day to bring the correct one to us.
Very professional and respectful of customer surroundings. Quality workmanship. Appreciate the efficiency of getting it all done in one day. The product is as good as they say. Highly recommend West shore Homes. Bill and Alex and Walberth are to be thanked for a positive experience.
I was inspired by the Gentleman that set us up. I also liked the professionalism of Brandon C. and Andrew H. They did a beautiful job with this project. I only have 2 complaints. First, the ordering team members who called, were not given updated info that the correct doors had been put on truck. She was asked to call back before installation due to occur the next morning. No Call back. When the guys arrived the next morning, they assured us by going to check 2 times to make sure doors were the corrected ones. I liked that a... read more

Lucas Kimbrough was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, arrived early and was so polite! He listened to my concerns and needs and not only met them, but exceeded them! The project was removing a cast iron tub and tile surround and replacing it with an acrylic pan and walls to create a walk-in shower that went to the ceiling (all in 6 hours!). The shower turned out beautiful, I can't wait to use it! Also, the bathroom was cleaner afterward than when Lucas arrived. THANK YOU WEST SHORE HOME! Ty T. and Noah arrived on time and ready to start. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and kept me informed on their progress to covert our bath to a walk in shower. They finished the job in one day and did a terrific job. Did very nicely cleaning up after they completed. Would totally recommend them for future work.
