The installation was professional and well-coordinated, taking only 4 hours for the complete installation. Dalton and Chase did a fabulous job.
We went from a fiberglass tub/shower unit to a custom, on site, built to fit, walkin shower. We are pleased with the product and the installation crew did a great job of cleaning up and removing old tub and debris. Thank you WEST SHORE HOME and the crew of Michael Rowe, Chad Berlin, Daniel, Aaron.

The men were great Keith, Alex, James, Tom, Marc l, Mark M, Ollie, Rashaad, they arrived on time and were polite, cleaned up the place before they left, could not ask for a better crew, i was happy to see my new windows i had 19 windows replaced, thank you.

Price is a little high but it is offset by the quality and convenience of the product
Absolutely amazing, we had the old walk-in shower removed, new shower with all the extras is perfect in every regard, work was done/completed just as the ads say, Andrew F arrived at 8:30am and was gone by 5pm, he wouldn't take time for a snack or lunch, insisted on working through by himself, not a ding/scratch/mark on the floor/walls, perfectly neat and clean. He came prepared with coverings for our carpeting from the garage to the back of the house, brought a vacuum to clean up what very little dirt the whole project made... read more
