The install of the two new showers was excellent on December 20th, 2021. I can not remember the young men's names, I think Mike was one. They were very professional and very nice. They did an excellent job! The shower doors for one bathroom was on order so Frank Scofield came today, January 10th, 2022 to install the shower doors. He was very nice and did a great job!
Brian G. and Alex P. came out and did an amazing job in every possible way in installing our new shower. They were friendly, courteous and professional. It was amazing to see how careful and thoroughly they did their job. Brian took the time to explain every step of the process as he was working on it so we understood why he was doing what he was doing and what the outcome should be. We had a shower and a bathtub replaced. There were four men who came out - Lawrence, Anthony, David and Mike - 2 working on each bathroom. They did a great job and worked well as a team! Even though a slight problem was encountered in one of the installs, they all worked well as a team and fixed the issue. They were done, as promised, in a single day and both bathrooms came out beautiful! I would highly recommend West Shore and these 4 men!
The workers (Dave M. and Freddie E.) were very thorough, knowledgeable, exhibited ingenuity when things were out of the norm. They were also very patient and pleasant. Did a fantastic job! Kudos!
Alec D and Jason M were very professional and did an awesome job. Our new shower is flawless. They were in and out in 8 hours and left our bathroom spotless. Thank you!
