Dylan with West Shore Homes was awesome. He was the installer of the project. He was quick ,efficient, professional, neat, punctual. Couldn't ask for anyone better. the service I received was top notch. Although cost of the job was extremely high I believe I really over paid for the product being that the contract stated NO INSTALLATION CHARGE. The experience of the install and interaction with the installer was great. As promised the job was done in a day or less.
The installation crew, Shane, Spencer and Joe arrived right on time. They were very hard workers. They were also very polite. Shane did a wonderful job on day 2 of finishing the installation by himself.
We had West Shore Home install an exterior replacement door in our 20 y/o house this week. James P. and Anthony M. arrived timely, were very courteous & professional, and finished the installation in one day; even though they were faced with a couple obstacles along the way. I was impressed with their hard work and attention to detail. I'd recommend West Shore Home to family and friends and request James & Anthony back every time.

The sales rep was knowledgeable, courteous and a supervsior was with him, as well. Install was to have been 10 - 12 weeks to complete project pcs. I had a original install date of 21 Jan 22, Hanna called and emailed several times in Dec to let me know my project pcs were in and could move the install up for Dec. I had to work, with the holidays I was too busy. I could only be available on Mon or Fri, so I declined. Ms Hanna called again in Jan 6th to say they had another opening for my installs.
