Carson,Torkel, Brandon,Nova, and Austin, they did a marvelous job. I had 2 old showers from 1974 completely demolished and replaced. They look fabulous.. Can you believe in one day, yes. Thank you boys , a job well done. High Springs, Florida
I had a bathroom done by WestShore. At first, I thought this was the usual bait and switch type fly by night company. The sales pitch was good and everything seemed reasonable so I figured I would put them to the test and just keep turning them down. When the first set of numbers didn't work for me they explained how it all worked and came up with something that did work. The sales person got back to me the very next day with approval. Had shower stall replaced. Guys, Frank Vereen and Charles Owens were here at 8 AM. Started right in, got job done in a day as planned. Great team work, very precise and attention to detail. My experience with West Shore could not have gone better. I contacted them on Wednesday morning, speaking with an extremely knowledgeable, friendly representative who scheduled an appointment for me in my home with a design consultant, Sarah for that very afternoon. Sarah arrived exactly at the appointed time and walked me through all the features of their product and my options. She promised to schedule the installation asap, probably early the coming week. I was shocked at the cost and worked with the sales person who came to my home to get it down as low as I could, expecting top notch people at that price. Earl Vereen and his asst. Shaun were top notch. They showed up on time, very polite and considerate of my home, professional and detail install. I would recommend them to everyone. It is hard to find that kind of professionalism. West Shore should invest in people like Earl and Shaun who really do the work. West Shore is expensive but felt better because of Earl.
