Derrick and Billy arrived around 9am. Started working by putting covers over our hardwood floors. Derrick and Billy worked as a team. We were encouraged to ask questions and look at what they were doing. The finished job was amazing and was done in about 10 hrs. Great Job

Chris Johnson did and amazing job installing both my new shower,s 1 on 12/6 and finished the second one today 12/7. I will recommend West shore homes to my my family and friends.
Aaron and Renee were very punctual as they showed up on time. They worked diligently and finished on time. They went above and beyond the call of duty on our behalf. They were very courteous!

Good customer service
Shower Remodel by Travis Black 12/6/2021. Travis was courteous, prompt, considerate, competent and professional in conduct. Appreciate Travis finding shower pan out of level by 1" +or- and reported it as soon as discovered. He took corrective action, including partial takedown of plywood backing, to take-up shower pan, re-level & re-install level set, for correct shower door travel and drainage.
