The group/team of young men that came to our home to do a FULL replacement of windows were hard working (in the rain), communicated to us all that was going to happen, cleaned up any mess and washed the new windows. Each and everyone of them (Mark M. Dustin, Kemon, Jeff, Chris, Calvin) were an absolute pleasure to have in our home. I HIGHLY recommend using West Shore Home for future window replacement. Bathroom/walk in shower remodel..Joshua and Joe B arrived early, supplied answers to my questions while working ..very professional , courteous . Completed full shower remodel same day even handling problems that came up as promised. Would recommend to anyone that want a new/updated bathroom Job well done guys
We had two installers Kort and Eric from Westshore Tampa. Did an excellent job in a timely manner. They were very concerned about the quality of their work versus the time it would take. Their performance was excellent. They were very conscientious about cleaning up the work station and the parts of the home that they had to perform their job. Very friendly and professional. They were punctual and kept us abreast of the progress of their work. Would definitely request them for any future jobs.
Branden P. And Ray A. were very nice and they took all precautions that were necessary due to COVID. They also did their best to keep the floors clean while they were installing the shower. I was expecting lots of dust but had minimal dust as they worked. I would consider using them again for another project.
Ty Timmons and Oscar mendoza were great installers and AJ the salesman was hilarious. I would highly recommend this company
Andrew F. did an excellent job removing our old tub/shower and replacing it with a walk-in shower. He had to make numerous trips up and down 2 flights of stairs but he did the job with no complaining and when done everything was clean. He explained the correct products for cleaning our new shower and reminded that West Shore would address any issues we may have. Great Job!

Installers were polite, efficient, followed Covid rules and generally nice guys. They did a terrific job.
