My wife n I hired WestShore Home to convert out 1970 bathtub into a walk in shower with low step and glass. From 1st phone call to set up appointment. Was scheduled for the next day with Design Consultant Brad Caldwell who came to our home and was extremely patient and provided numerous options. We chose a complete tub removal and walk in shower installation with beautiful walls. Heavy duty glass doors and brushed Nicole fixtures and handles. I feel that it� s well worth the money. The workmanship and the installation process was seamless and very efficient.
At every point from initial call to the firm until work completion, I was never given bad information or had a promise not kept. The estimator gave me a date when work would begin, and West Shore was able to do it five days sooner. The shower looks and works fine. The installers -- Brian J., Joel T., and Michael R. -- kept things as neat as possible and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I could not be more pleased.
