My wife n I hired WestShore Home to convert out 1970 bathtub into a walk in shower with low step and glass. From 1st phone call to set up appointment. Was scheduled for the next day with Design Consultant Brad Caldwell who came to our home and was extremely patient and provided numerous options. I feel that it� s well worth the money. The workmanship and the installation process was seamless and very efficient.
At every point from initial call to the firm until work completion, I was never given bad information or had a promise not kept. The estimator gave me a date when work would begin, and West Shore was able to do it five days sooner. The shower looks and works fine. The installers -- Brian J., Joel T., and Michael R. -- kept things as neat as possible and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I could not be more pleased.

Professional and respectful
These two (Daniel & Jeff) do amazing work! They came to the house and after a brief introduction went straight to work in the chosen bathroom to begin the transformation. It took a little more than 10 hours but they involve me in every aspect of the job until it was a complete masterpiece! The guys were friendly, professional and worked hard to make it what it is now. I don't see any mistakes and it's been over a month...love this new shower! Thanks!!!
