Ralph,Eric,Steve,Eddy and Dave did a great job installing our windows. They made sure everything was right.If there was more daylight left they could of finished the project in one day,but due to distance from the their main office bottom floor capping needs to be done which they expressed would be taken care of next week ,Thanks Again

Ryland and Jason arrived promptly when expected and went right to work. By 5 pm, my old tub was removed and a beautiful new shower was installed. The workers were experienced, explained everything step by step and left my home clean of all construction material. After picking samples, I have to say I was a bit nervous but the finished product was miles beyond my expectations. I now have a fantastic spa shower that I am proud to have in my home.
From our Sales Rep ( Josh Devore) , customer service reps and our Installers JASON S. and JACOB K. our experience was a very positive one. Our two installers were very respectful of our home, very polite and kind and had a very good work ethic and cleaned up the remodel mess in a timely manner. Sam, Kevon, and Darius did an outstanding job. So appreciated that an electrician was contacted due to an issue. It made a long day for the installers due to the delay yet they remained positive and courteous. The shower install was done right and will last a lifetime. Thanks
I ordered my tub to walk-in shower on October 30, 2021 and was told they would call within 6-8 weeks for the installation. They called me on November 03, 2021 and set up the install for November 04, 2021. They came on the 4th and we� re done in 6 hours and it was perfect and just what we wanted! ! The 3 installers did a great installation and cleaned everything up when they were done. I would recommend West Shor Home for anyone� s shower remodel. Thanks for a great job in a timely maner to Grant, Hunter and Pete!!!!
