Absolutely great, very professional
Ryland and Jason arrived promptly when expected and went right to work. By 5 pm, my old tub was removed and a beautiful new shower was installed. The workers were experienced, explained everything step by step and left my home clean of all construction material. After picking samples, I have to say I was a bit nervous but the finished product was miles beyond my expectations. I now have a fantastic spa shower that I am proud to have in my home.
My wife and I had the tub removed and a shower installed in our guest bathroom on Wednesday Nov. 3, 2021, by West Shore Home. Installers Randal and Illucion were very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They explained their process and were very helpful throughout the installation process with answers to questions and keeping my wife and me appraised of the progress of the project. From our Sales Rep ( Josh Devore) , customer service reps and our Installers JASON S. and JACOB K. our experience was a very positive one. Our two installers were very respectful of our home, very polite and kind and had a very good work ethic and cleaned up the remodel mess in a timely manner. Sam, Kevon, and Darius did an outstanding job. So appreciated that an electrician was contacted due to an issue. It made a long day for the installers due to the delay yet they remained positive and courteous. The shower install was done right and will last a lifetime. Thanks
The guys, Dennis Borsma and Travis Black , were awesome . They arrived on time and instantly stated working. They had to remove a walk-in tub first thing! They removed it easily and promptly. They were very careful taking it out as I requested. They started on the installation of the shower and did a complete outstanding job while finishing ahead of schedule.. Also cleaned up all materials, Also a thank you to our sales person Andy Knorr. It has been a very positive experience.
