Technicians Brian and Christian did a bathroom tub/shower install at my home today. Both young men were professional, courteous and respectful. They explained what they were doing and updated me on their progress throughout the day. Per my request, they wore masks all day while in my home and cleaned the jobsite before they left. I am quite satisfied with the end result of the job and their exemplary work ethic. Thanks.
The contractors were prompt, polite, and thorough with the work. They were very accommodating with helping to layout and set up all the installed features.
Ty T and Oscar M installed a second shower for us in our guest bathroom today. They had installed our master bath shower 2 days before. We were pleased with their promptness, professionalism, respect for our property, clean up and making sure we were satisfied with our finished products. We would highly recommend West Shore Homes for any project you may be considering.
Our Sales Rep (Brad Stoller) was great. He was very patient explaining and had super knowledge about the product and what we were interested in accomplishing. The two installers (Justin and Robert) did a super job; were very professional, friendly, thorough, neat and knew what they were doing and how the job needed to be done! We couldn't be happier with the quality and the finished job. We will certainly recommend West Shore to anyone contemplating a bathroom update.
Very pleased with West Shore from John, the salesman to Caylen W and Jacob S. , the installers! John was not high pressure, presentation professional and helpful. Caylen and Jacob were also professional, friendly, explained everything very well. Cleaned bath and shower and offered to vacuum but I declined their offer. They really deserve more than 5 stars.

Fast and efficient! Great job!
Grant and Hunter did our install, and they were great. They were on time and courteous throughout. They removed an old tile shower, which was not an easy task, and replaced it with a clean modern shower. We feel lucky to have had them work for us. Will use again.
