From the 1st visit to explore options for a tub to shower conversion until the actual work today I was impressed! Our design consultant was Desmond. He was very thorough and professional. He helped me to make the right choices for my needs and very friendly and patient. Cody T and Alex W were our pros for the installation of our shower. They were very professional and neat with their work. They were very thorough and quick with the installation. I would recommend them and West Shore Home to anyone needing remodeling of the bath.

Our new shower came out fantastic. Ryan and Rob from Baltimore were extremely courteous and very professional. They arrived on time and work was done in a very timely manner. Earl Vereen and his partner were extremely polite and professional, completed the work on time and explained what they were doing. The work area was neat and clean when they left. Kudos to West Shore for their great service.
Design Consultant, James D, was very knowledgeable and thorough. I am extremely pleased with the installation of my new shower. Ralph D. and Spencer S. did a fantastic job!
When Joseph Birkheimer came in he was very professional, on time, went right to work. Could not believe he could do everything without help. Was very polite and answered any questions we would have. My bathroom was cleaner when he left. He even vacuumed the corners!!! We love the service we received, and if we need anything in the future, we will be calling West Shore Homes!!
