The process started with a very creative salesman (Al O) who suggested some good ideas to deal with the front of our shower since it wasn't recessed like the typical designs. Jason S, John H and Ryland S worked very hard and for over 12 hours on the day of the installation (this one should have been scheduled for 1+ days). Trevor & Jack S. were on time and did a great job. They were both neat, professional , skilled , and respectful. When the work was completed, they were happy to answer any questions . This project turned out great.
We were super excited to have them move up our dates of installation. So when Ron and Jr. showed up it was a great experience! They worked all day for 12 solid hours and after a lot of construction they turned my tub into a beautiful shower! The professionalism they both showed speaks volumes for West Shore Home. I hope they are acknowledged for their great customer service!!!
My back entrance door, a sliding glass door in a house less than 5 years old, needed replacing due to water damage from weather around the track and frame inside, as well as the outside threshold. Very smooth process from initial visit to installation. A little pricier than a typical contractor but the product is high end, looks amazing, and the quality of work is wonderful.
