Our overall experiece was Fantastic. From our sale representative, Heather, to our installers, Branden Pheasant and Roy Alston. I cannot say enough good things about our instalers. Brandon and Roy. They treated our home like it was their home. They were respectful, cleaned up as they went, were professional, but most of inportantly they were kind. We are more that pleased with our shower and if the decision were to be made again we would choose West Shore. Thanks!!!

West Shore Home sent Lawrence Stoudt and Louie Rose to convert my tub to a walk in shower. They arrived promptly around 8:30am, introduced themselves, saw where the project was to be done and went to work. They were both courteous and took great care in protecting my floors with tarps and being extremely careful taking out old stuff and bringing in the new items.
