Dave K. - did the upfront presentation at our house. Dave was very professional and personal, easy to work with. He was very detailed and knowledgeable of the products and the install process. He was not aggressive or pushy, he gave us the information we needed and answered all our questions. He did not rush us at any point in the presentation. Brought seven men to get all 10 windows replaced in a single day. They were very kind, respectful and thorough. The main crew of Jordan Sneed, Klyn Malone, Felipe Arriaga And David Soch were very friendly and great with detail workmanship.
Our new walk-in shower is beautiful and so much more functional than our old one. Daniel and Jeff did a great job removing the old one and installing a new, much improved area. Their work was of high quality and they completed the job in one day with no disruptions for us. Highly recommend this company!

The installers, Michael and Jonathan, did an excellent job. Our shower is beautiful! They came in around 8:00 am and were finished by 4:00 pm. Would definitely recommend West Shore and give them a 5 star!
