They took out my giant tub that I was never going to use and replaced it with a beautiful new very large surround shower. Mario and Edward showed up a few minutes early and got right to work. They put down tarps to keep the carpet clean, took everything out and did the replacement all in one day. They made sure everything was clean before they left and explained the cleaning and warranty also. from the sales rep to the installers I was thoroughly pleased. Both Ralph and Steve did an excellent job not only with installation but also with the clean-up. Very very organized. They were excellent!!
Our experience with West Shore Home was excellent from the phone call we made to request a quote to the the installation. Jason worked with us to select the shower walls and met us at the showroom to allow us to see our first selection installed! Want to mention we had Darian W. and Jake K. come to do our work. When they arrived they quickly set up and went to work, not wasting any time. They sure knew what they needed to do. They both were very polite and explained what they were going to do. They also worked well together as a team. Very satisfied and love my walk in shower.
My installer , Earl Vereew was excellent , clean , efficient, and knowledgeable.
