"I hired them to take out my old bathtub/shower and install a new shower. It is absolutely beautiful. Josiah & Robert F from the Birmingham office came out do do the job. They had some issues that was no fault of theirs and I was very pleased that they went above and beyond to complete the job. These guys are very professional and handle things like seasoned veterans. Josh P., Sam and Tristan did a great job with my tub to shower conversion. They arrived on time and put in a very long day to finish my project. They were very professional and were great to work with. They each knew their job and worked very well as a team. Great cleanup as well when finished. The only clue that they were here was my new shower.

Elijah was great at getting the project scheduled and completed. Isabel, the install team leader, did a great job. She ensured the job was done correctly and within one day. Her team members Felipe and Cody, took direction well. Overall very satisfied.

My experience with West Shore was positive in every way. My sales rep Joseph did a fantastic job explaining everything and listening to my questions. The 2 installers, eric and davon were super they were very polite and courteous clean everything up and after it was all done went over everything,do' and don'ts. Very professional
