The whole experience was exceptional! Quality product! Our salesman, Brian J. came with samples of everything and with a full knowledge of our options making it very easy to make our decision. West Shore was determined to get our project done in a reasonable amount of time. They brought Eve and Raul down from Maryland. They were very prompt, professional, informative and helpful. Explanation of everything that they were doing or going to do. Hope our project wasn't as bad as they were told it was. From beginning to end it took them approximately 8 hrs, with lunch included. Salesman Bob Wood was wonderfully helpful - no upselling, no pressure, provided multiple options for everything. The install was able to take place very quickly - Pedro D., Joel T., and Alex did the install in a single day as promised. They were professional, friendly, very respectful of my home and even patched up the surrounding tile from the main bathroom. The new shower is beautiful - very happy I decided to move ahead. Sam & Derek were outstanding Came at 9:00am went over instructions and went right to work, answered all our questions with expertise and were very courteous finished around 4:00pm went over cleaning instructions and answered more questions I am very happy and pleased with the end product.. can't wait until the 24 hour waiting period is over to use shower *****
