Service was above and beyond what was promised. In by 9 out by 5. Bob F. and Jay M. were extremely accommodating to my husband, a recent stroke victim. Helped him in the shower to accurately place bars and shelves for his height. All debris gone and left in excellent order. Love the shower. Sales persons Katie Singleton and Erik Butkiewicz spent a great deal of time with us explaining product, installation process and even gave us tips that saved us money. Definitely highly recommend this company.

Ryan Adam was the sales rep who came to the house and introduced us to West Shore. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what we needed.
