West Shore performed the replacement of 21 windows in one day. The crew was very professional doing their best to do their job in the cleanest most efficient way. Jordan Smith, the team lead, was very effective in leading his team. Judah, Jimmy, Mike, Dave, Steve and Freddie were all good guys to have in our home. The cleanup during and after the job was as good as can be expected for a job of this size. We are very pleased with the final product and would consider West Shore with any upcoming projects in our home.
The 2 technicians/installers Cameron and Emma were excellent . Very cordial and professional. Installed the shower in a single day as mentioned they would , and left the area cleaned up which was really great . Any obsticles that they happenned upon were handled very well. The company has two great employees on their hands and hopefully the other installers are just as personable and efficient. Truly appreciated.
Overall from beginning to end of project the West Shore team treated us like family. Their politeness, professionalism and down to earth attitude made a difference in knowing the company really cares on giving the customer an A+ finished product. The craftsmanship of Mr. Dan.C , Mr. Harley H. , & Mr. Tyler H. Speaks volumes when a 1972 original bathroom can be modernized and improved to today's luxury, all in 1 day. Jacob P. and Klyn M. (2 very polite and professional young men) arrived around 8:30am to tear out an old shower and install a new walk in shower. They informed me of what they would be doing and were able to answer all of my questions. They worked very hard and completed my project in one day. Mike, Harvey, Judah, Freddie, Shaniya & Mark were fantastic installers. A few of them were at our home for other installs as well. I can't say enough about this company. They have done our main bathroom install, a large oversized picture window and now bedroom windows. We will not hire any other company to do our remodels. We have a few more to go; french door re-placement is next on the list. The quality of the product is outstanding.
