Grant and Cody did an excellent job for us. They arrived on time, did a great prep on our flooring by placing drop cloths from the front door to the bath, kept the construction area clean, appeared to work efficiently, and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Mike, Harvey, Judah, Freddie, Shaniya & Mark were fantastic installers. A few of them were at our home for other installs as well. I can't say enough about this company. They have done our main bathroom install, a large oversized picture window and now bedroom windows. We will not hire any other company to do our remodels. We have a few more to go; french door re-placement is next on the list. The quality of the product is outstanding. The salesmen are top notch and if you have any issues at all they are quick to resolve it.... read more
Over the top expensive. The job was completed in 1 day which is a plus and the men who installed the bath/shower were very polite but they put a hole through a wall into my other bathroom. They spackled it prior to leaving but I had to apply more spackle and repaint the wall. I have to redo my 2 nd bathroom but am probably not going to use them again
Dexter and Jay did an amazing job with installing our new shower. They showed up on time and worked very professionally. They also let us check in periodically at the progress. They left the bathroom as clean as it was when they came. We are very pleased with the install. Also want to thank our sales rep Kenny G also, he was professional and explained everything to us very well. Thank you West Shore Homes for the awesome job on our shower!!!!!

The entire process from consultation to installation was excellent. The estimate wait time was 6 to 8 weeks, but they called and said the materials came in early so they came in just 2 weeks. The installers, Oscar M. and Zack S. were excellent. They were courteous and took great care in protecting the floors and walls. I am very pleased with the acrylic subway tile look shower and oil-rubbed bronzed fixtures. I high recommend this company.
