We had an excellent experience with West Shore Homes from start to finish! The sales rep Ayden Hanes came and went over everything that it would take replace our tub enclosure with a new shower. Gave us several options for special pricing to lower cost and helped with financing. Showed us samples. Great Job! Our installer, Dylan H, came right on time to start, went over everything before he started to make sure we were getting what we ordered, and went right to work. Kevin and Aaron, my installers, were very professional, clean and even as quite as they could possibly be under the circumstances. They explained everything and answered all my questions. They made sure I was pleased with the placements of the grab bars and shelving. I couldn't be more pleased with my new walk-in shower. The clean up was done leaving no dirt or dust. I would like to commend James and Martin for their wonderful window installation in my home today. They installed 7 beautiful windows in 5 hrs and were very professional and very friendly.
