Oscar and Cody, my installers, were very friendly and professional. They walked me through !step by step, their process and what would be needed from me during the project timeline. They were very upfront about a glass door with a manufacturer defect and completed the paperwork necessary to order a replacement. They worked with me on the trim work which was not documented in my paperwork, but was needed and they installed it to my specifications. Earl Vereen and his co-worker did a fantastic job replacing my tub with a walk-in shower. They arrived on time and worked through the day, don't even know if they took a break, and left by 4PM after reviewing the installation and cleaning recommendations. Clean-up was excellent, tarps laid down on all surfaces, debris removed from driveway from power saw, water turned back on and checked at all faucets to make sure plumbing was intact.
