You can have a great product but the INSTALLERS make the difference between a 1 star or 5 star review. Kyle Hand and Tra C were stellar! Attitude, work ethics and workmanship! They worked well together, even when running into install challenges. We are THRILLED with the product and look of our new step in shower. Jesse Sutton came to the house and presented the project. He was thourogh and covered everything I needed to know. Kevin Alicia arrived less than a month later and installed the shower in a day. He did an excellent job, cleaned up the area , and was polite. I am happy with my new shower and would recommend this company to anyone needing a shower install.

Beginning with Roman, Design Consultant, my experience with West Shore Home was an awesome experience. A bit pricey, but since I did not get any other estimate, I really can't compare to other companies/products. I can't speak highly enough of Earl Vereen and his team. They were informative, organized, courteous and very professional. I couldn't be happier with my new walk-in shower! Thank you, Mr. Vereen and West Shore Home!
