Project: Installation of walk-in shower / West Shore Homes The sales rep, Cory, was very professional and informative in explaining their product and services, and lifetime warranty. This included various options and samples, and answering any questions we had. We even received a call from representative, Rita, for scheduling, and also was able to move up our installation to an earlier time. Outstanding install on the walk in shower from tub replacement. These guys Lawrence Stoudt, Logan McCracken and David Ogden did the most amazing installation. I thank them very much. Would absolutely have them back to do our second bathroom.
We had West Shore Home to remove our old bathtub and install a new shower. Johnny and Oz were the installers and were so polite and professional . They completed the work in a day and the shower is amazing. We are very pleased with the whole experience with West Shore Home.
From the first visit with Andrew Creamer to the installation team (Ralph, Eric, Judah, Billy and Dave), West Shore Homes' service was fantastic. WSH ensured us that this would be a one day install and they delivered. The doors and entry window look great, they followed all of the safety protocols and the work areas are cleaner than when they arrived. Big thanks to WSH for helping us upgrade our exterior!
