After an initial hang-up with material, West Shore handled it very satisfactorily. The installers, Tyler and Jake (173401), did a fantastic job on our shower installation. Absolutely beautiful work! Paired with the lifetime warranty, I couldn't be happier!
We were very pleased several years ago when we had the bathroom shower remodeled. Yesterday we had bath bars installed in the shower. Joey K was very polite, arrived on time and cleaned the area before he left. We were very happy with the service.

Our Master Bathroom shower was transformed into a spacious walk in shower in less than 8 hours! They took extra care to protect the areas to and from the master bathroom!
