The installer, Kevin Nicea, was a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. He took his time, did quality work, and insured I was informed every step of the way. Also, the salesman Gunnar was very professional, well prepared, and able to answer all my questions. Now my dad has a safe place to shower and we don� t have to worry about him getting in or out of the bathtub.
WOW is in order! The installers Kyle H and Alex M were polite and professional by being on time and answering any questions I had. Went over after care and gave instructions on how to maintain shower and tub. Project was finished quickly and with care. West Shore Home is given five stars and will recommend to friends and family.
Angie, David and Josh were professional and completed the job with efficiency. They were very personable and answered any question that my brother or I had for them. I would truly recommend them to anyone wanting a remodel completed.
Our Master Bathroom shower was transformed into a spacious walk in shower in less than 8 hours! They took extra care to protect the areas to and from the master bathroom! This company has been a great company to deal with. I had a great experience with the insulation and the sales. My shower doors were not working right and the service guy (Frank Siofield) came out on time and adjusted them. He was very professional the whole experience has been great.
