The work that completed work is excellent. Tyler S, and Josh T. were the contractors on site. The customer service, friendliness and work performed was just awesome. I would like to recommend a raise for those gentlemen. The level of professionalism was just off of the charts. I highly recommend West Shore for any remodeling project.
Friendly employees that are very knowledgeable about completing their job task and the products being replaced. The young men completed the jobs ( replacing two doors ) in our home efficiently and cleaned up all areas where jobs took place. My wife and I were very pleased with their craftsmanship and expertise. These young men are definitely a strong showing of what a professional company looks like and how they represent them in the work force. Thank again.
From the start with the company Representative (Mike) sitting with us and going over the styles, colors, options, and pricing to the ease of the installation. The two installers Jordon M and Nate J were awesome. It was a morning of a huge snow storm and they made sure the floors were protected, they installed it perfectly and cleaned up after. The new shower and tub look amazing.
