We love our new Shower and glad the bathtub is gone! Jacoby worked by himself and he was awesome. I was amazed he was able to handle the job all by himself! Very pleased with the job he did for us! The service technician explained to me the process he was going to perform to re-caulk my shower. He replaced the caulking and cleaned the shower pan and left me instructions on how to properly keep my shower cleaned and looking new. He cleaned up his work area. Joey Kun was very professional and efficient with the service he provided.
