Alex and Shane were very polite and professional. They were well knowledgeable in what needed to be done to remove a "sunken" bathtub and install a shower in its place. They placed special attention on keeping the surrounding areas clean, and the cleaned up after the job was complete. i would highly recommend to anyone needing bathroom remodel. Daniel V. Was our design consultant and spent quality time with us, answered our questions as we decided on what shower remodel we wanted. And then Chris, Dalton, and Justin came and installed the new shower, answered any questions we had, did an awesome job all within 5 1/2 hours.
Our bathroom remodel included removing our bathtub and installing a shower. Our installers, Jimmy S. and Cody M., arrived at 8 a.m. and worked without even stopping for lunch until the project was completed at 6 p.m. They were very courteous, professional, and skilled at their job. Our shower is beautiful! We are very pleased with their work, with Keith, our salesperson, and with West Shore Home.
Michael Cortes and Charles Pinson are the best! They have terrific customer service and made this process smooth as possible! I am super satisfied!!
