Kyle and Alex did a fantastic job of changing our old tub/shower combination to a walk-in shower and we love it. Our install date was moved up by four days as our material came in early, so that gave us a few extra days to enjoy as my husband is recovering from mobility issues. They worked great together and were super respectful of our home while here, which was less than 7 hours - will definitely request them for the next bathroom renovation.
Very professional. Put covers down on floors. Covered everything in area. Worked hard to get job done. Overall, turned out better than I expected. Michael Cortes and Charles Pinson were very professional resolving an issue I had. Would highly recommend them and you can only hope they are selected to do your remodel.
West Shore Home is an amazing company to deal with from the in home consultation to the actual tub to shower conversion process. Representative Michelle Skorski, who was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional, came to our home and clearly explained all options and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. We had two bathrooms done in the same day. Two trucks arrived at the expected time. Jacob S, Joe. L , Ryan B and Chris B were great. Professional, personable, respectful team. They worked hard all day and cleaned up and finished by 430. They consulted with us throughout the day and communicated with us as needed. They were a fun bunch of guys! Our salesman, Eric Fisher, was also top notch. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and we would highly recommend West Shore!
Joe H and Babar replaced our tub with a walk-in shower in my very small bathroom. They did an OUTSTANDING job. They were so careful to ensure quality work. It was beautiful when they were done. They were very professional, polite and respectful of me, my dog and my home the entire time they were here. When they were done, they made sure I knew what to do to protect the shower for the future. It was such a joy working with them.
Shannon was sick but stayed and finished job anyway. Workers were friendly, polite, respectful, and professional. Very satisfied with job. Shannon and Preston T performed the work.
The installers Ernie and Nate were respectful and caring of your house. They did a great job making sure everything was perfect before they left. Mike and Joe were great, came on time, protected my flooring from the front door to the bathroom. They did a spot on installation and cleaned up perfect! Joshua, our sales consultant, was super at showing us the product, explaining the procedure, and making us feel like old friends! Would highly recommend them!
